Açaí Caipirinha

 

Ingredients:

Preparation method:

Buriti Pudding

 

Ingredients:
- 1 Freeze-Dried Buriti Fruit from Amazônia Smart Food 25g

-1 can of condensed milk
-1 can of milk (use the condensed milk can as a measure)
-3 eggs

-1 tablespoon of butter (optional, makes it creamier)

Preparation method:
Blend all ingredients in a blender, pour into a pudding mold, bake in a preheated oven in a water bath for 1 hour or until firm, refrigerate for 6 hours and unmold.

Cupuaçu Cake

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Freeze-dried Cupuaçu from Amazônia Smart Food 25g

  • 200 ml of water

  • 200 ml of coconut milk

  • 5 eggs

  • 2 1/2 cups of refined sugar

  • 250g of butter

  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder.

Preparation method:
In a blender, combine the condensed milk, coconut milk, eggs, freeze-dried cupuaçu, and water and blend for 2 minutes. Then, in a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Sauce ingredients:

- 1 clove of garlic.

Cupuaçu Chutney

 

Ingredients:

- 1 unit Freeze-Dried Cupuaçu from Amazônia Smart Food 25g;

25 milliliters of olive oil

- 1/2 chopped red bell pepper

- 1/2 finely chopped onion

- 100 grams of refined white sugar

- 25 milliliters of balsamic vinegar.

Preparation method:

Peel the onion and cut it into half-moons. Then, chop it finely with a knife. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove all the seeds. Cut it into strips and then into very small pieces. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and add the onion and bell pepper. Mix and add the cupuaçu pulp, balsamic vinegar, and sugar. Mix again and simmer over low heat, covered, without stirring, until it reduces considerably and thickens into a syrup. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated, becoming more flavorful each day.
